RACK AND BARREL PLATING

Rack plating is suitable for big or complex items or components where it has to remain stationary upon immersion into the plating solution. It can plate contours and intricate shapes more efficiently. Rack plating is a preferred choice in industries where a high-quality finish is a significant requirement such as automotive, medical and electronics.
Barrel plating is a cost-effective means of plating high volume of small parts. Its applications improve corrosion protection against wear and tear.

REEL-TO-REEL PLATING

Reel to reel plating is suitable when plating high speed stampings or high volume of metal strips. It provides corrosion resistance, increased conductivity and durability. Reel-to-reel plating method is an efficient and economical process.
Selective reel to reel plating allows for precise deposit of metal on stamped product. Reel to reel is best when plating connectors used in data, telecommunications, or similar applications. .
